What is the warranty?

We warranty our products from factory or manufacturing defects for the period of time listed above. We will work with you directly to diagnose the problem and repair or replace the item as necessary.

Product Warranty Period:

 

RollerMouse products and Shuttle products          2 years from date of purchase

 

Accessories (RollerWave2, Ergo Mat, etc.)          90 days from date of purchase

If there is a functional defect due to faulty manufacturing, we will replace the product.  If you dropped our product or spilled liquid on it, or damaged it in some other way, we cannot cover the damage under our warranty.
